I’m Brian McGonigle and I am the owner of Caring Transitions of Franklin & Milford, and I look forward to learning about your individual needs and putting together a plan to help. Caring Transitions of Franklin & Milford helps people through any transition, whether you or a loved one are downsizing, moving into a senior community, moving in with family, or managing an estate. Our plans are customizable, so you can choose the individual solutions that best fit your needs. Together with our Operations Manager Shannon, and my wife Rosmerlyn, we are here to provide compassionate support and guidance every step of the way through life’s most difficult transitions. I am a licensed pharmacist and have spent much of my career in management roles within the long-term care pharmacy industry, working closely with skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. Through my experiences, I have realized just how invaluable the services provided by Caring Transitions are to the general population. Shannon’s experience within the world of senior care runs as deep as well, providing passionate care as she ran an entire assisted living department. Shannon has always found joy in working closely with those communities throughout her career. We hope to ensure members of our community know they have a trusted resource they can count on when they are in need of the services we provide. Change can be difficult; we are here to help.
